If you choose the One-Time Plan, there is a $500 deposit. Then an additional $1,500 payment after you approve your website design, then a final $1,500 payment at launch for $3,500 total.
No hidden fees! All costs are upfront, with add-ons like the Blog Package (+$25/month) clearly listed. If you do not own your own website address currently, we can acquire one for you for $20 per year.
Yes! If we acquired your domain for you, it's yours to keep. We'll transfer the domain to you if you ever cancel.
Managed SEO in the Growth Plan includes ongoing updates, monitoring performance, and checkups; one-time SEO is a setup only.
We generally finish a website within 2-4 weeks, all dependent on how soon we receive your images, logo, and design approval.
The Growth Plan lasts for a minimum of 6 months, and is month to month after that. You can cancel anytime after 6 months has passed.
If you cancel, you keep your domain and we will transfer it to your preferred hosting provider. All website code is offered through the Growth Plan and would not be transferred.
We prioritize longterm partnerships with our clients and bear the upfront costs that clients would typically pay themselves. Due to this, if you cancel before 6 months, the cost is ($3,500) minus the amount you have already paid.
Invoices come with a 7 day grace period after their due date. If an invoice is not paid within 7 days, there is a $25 late fee applied to continue keeping the site online. After 14 days, the site will be turned off. We are flexible and understanding of certain situations, please reach out to us in the event of a payment issue.
Invoices are sent via email monthly. You can save your payment method to auto-apply if you would like. We accept all major credit and debit cards or ACH.
When you sign a contract & pay the initial invoice, if you decide you no longer want to move forward before we begin design work, we will refund whatever you paid to get started. After we begin design & development, we do not guarantee refunds and it will remain at our discretion.
We are happy to work with returning clients. Please reach out and we will send you a new contract.
Our custom coded sites have stronger security, faster load times, easier to customize to however you need, SEO support, and are maintained continuously. And, if you ever need to edit or update your site, you don't have to figure out how to do it yourself.
